Awesome... When it works

Im a serious customer. I have the 25 image a day yearly subscription (over $2k yewrly) and use the iPad Air 2. The design is superior to that of Thinkstock. When it works, it is marvelous. However, it is buggy, and sadly fails more often than it works. Too often it wont display one of my larger light boxes, or breaks in the middle of doing so. Sometimes it starts displaying only half the images under similar images. Too often it wont let me add an image to an existing light box. I am forced to find the same image on the computer. Major waste of time. If they just focused on squashing all bugs for a few releases, theyd have a true gem on their hands. The basic design is excellent. They just need to reinforce its bones. Thanks for listening.

Ummmm

I want to get the photos on to my phone? I dont even think you can. This is such a waste

Arts Saving Grace

Thank goodness for your app

Useless

App pretty much does nothing.

A Welcome Refresh, But…

Updating my 1-Star review to 3-Stars for the nice update. Works decent on my iPhone 6 Plus, but not all image thumbnails load after search results appear. I can click through to see the photos (a dark blue box appears in their place), theyre just not visible on the search results listing. Also, I used to be able to search for images by ID. It appears I can no longer do that. For example, image 116939755. I type that number into the search and it says the image is not found. Please fix! :)

Garbage

Please, add ability to delete downloaded images on device.

Great!

Its very helpful and easy to use.

Bad and Good...but

I love picking the images I want to download on the app. I can zoom in better than the computer allows. Its faster to load now, so thats a plus.

Weird image cropping wastes my time

This USED to be the best stock photo app around. It simply blew any other stock source out of the water. The searches were amazing and really helped me review choices quickly. But the latest version now takes 1-2 MINUTES to add a shot to my lightbox. The dynamic image presentation is gone -- replacing it with a one-size-fits-all view that randomly crops images to fit. So I end up with a bunch of vertical shots of standing people with only their TORSOS visible.

Amazing

This is sooooo awesome, its easy to use and works great, and it gives you high-quality pics

Close but no cigar

I give it to this company they are constantly trying to improve the user experience. But this latest app version falls seriously short it now takes me longer to get photos into my lightbox. Easily three or four times longer to get photos in my lightbox. Bring back the light box tab where you can drag photos in instantly

Be Prepared To Pay

If the app wasnt so nice and easy to use,I would have given it 1 star.To be able to download and save images and vectors you have to have a PAID subscription! All you can do is make light boxes for free!Woohoo...Whats the point in even having an account if you cant even use any of the images anyways? And who knows if you even get a subscription if,when you download the image,if the watermark will be removed. Thanks Shutterstock for getting my hopes up and wasting my time.

So far so good!

Honestly I cant find anything negative to say about the app. If youre familiar with ShutterStock then you know you have to have a paid subscription to download the images. I love that I can download images directly from the app onto my iPhone or iPad..it makes running my online business so much easier now that I dont have to be tethered to a laptop! Love it!!

Pointless app

You cant download any images unless you have a PAID subscription. The pictures are decent at best.

PB30X

Very Good App, very stable platform and reliable search features..

Perfect

I use this app often. With its light boxes, I can save ideas for future use. One click and the needed image is on my desktop.

Unusable. Then a Little Usable. Then Quickly Unusable Again.

The Shutterstock app works off and on. Unfortunately, more off than on. (Its not my connection.) Each image takes 5-8 minutes to download (if at all) instead of, yknow, like immediately. Youd think for such an important tool for their business, they would invest a little effort into keeping it working. When my subscription is up this month, I will try the Dreamstime app. If it works, so long Shutterstock.

No way to create REQUIRED PAID SUBSCRIPTION via the app

....enough said, ugh!

Bullsh*t

Horrible

No option to upgrade in app, wont let me save until I do. How does this make sense

Good photos cost money, I understand that. But the title says it all. Cant have A unless you first do B. But we wont give you the option to complete B so your screwed. I tried logging onto their website to figure this out and the login info I use to log into the app doesnt work on the website. Frustration level? App deletion.
