I found that the selection and ease of how Shutterstock works was just about perfect for my needs. I really enjoyed that I could pre-buy an amount of pictures and then select as I went. The variety of topics and the quality of the pics were a great asset. The negative things I would say is that this has such short timelines. Having a monthly fee was out of my budget, so I had to work quickly to get what I needed before cancelling future months. I also felt that we should be able to filter the type of pictures as to what was suitable for a younger crowd to see and those who would enjoy something more risky (i.e. lingerie and poses) A suggestion I would have is to incorporate Placeit or a similar idea so it would be easy to add your own touch to mockups. Best of all if there was a way to add your product to a picture. Like you branded frisbee flyer to a picnic scene. A friend recommended shutterstock andI would recommend it to a friend as too.

Beautiful, fast, user friendly, simply perfect!

If you need to quickly find some photos and download them, or put them in light box for inspiration this app is good choice.

I cant login with my author account.

Cant load lightboxes( Fix it please! It would be much easier to find images you like and save them for download later

Shutterstock is the best app and inet site, where you can find any picture you need for any use. I like its simple interface and my light boxes!!! Many thanxxx!

Great app, has come in very useful for finding photos of objects to include in a last minute backdrop painting for my local town theatre.

It is impossible to download anything, not good

Very useful, but it could be better!! Txt character are very small ... Besides this I use it regularly ( I am a contributor) and it works nicely

You cant download anything unless you pay. This is a horrible app

You have to subscribe directly to shutterstock and it costs hundreds of dollars per month.

Every one is bad mouthing this app because you have to pay for pictures. Why?!? If you were the photographer taking those pictures wouldnt you want to get paid for your work. It takes time to get some or these amazing pictures. If the pictures were all free I bet you no one would upload quality pictures to that site. Some of my pictures are on that site and it cost good money to take them. My camera cost $1,200. My lenses $2,000. And thats cheap! My time invested taking 100s of pictures just to get 5 awesome ones. Time spent processing and uploading them to my computer and online. Of course they charge. Everyone wants everything for free. I just dont get it.
